Food2Change – Att samlas kring svinn
Matsvinn har seglat upp som en av de viktigaste metoderna inom hållbarhetsarbetet. Hör experterna berätta!
Människor med olika bakgrund samlas kring en gemensam nämnare och ett svinnbra mål – att rädda matsvinn från livsmedelsbutiker. Kom och lyssna på några av dessa hjältar som berättar om hur svinnet kan förena människor som aldrig tidigare träffats, och vad utbytet ger utöver att spara på klimatet genom onödiga utsläpp.

Food2change är en ideell förening för människor som tillsammans med svinnbra handlare hämtar matsvinnet från dagligvaruhandeln. I Skåne räddar Food2Change 1140 kg matsvinn varje vecka, och drygt 150 personer gör sitt yttersta för att detta ska vara möjligt.
Föreläsningen hålls på Regementsgatan 4, 12 augusti 16-16.30 och är gratis som en del av Matsvinnsfestivalen under Malmöfestivalen. Boka gärna din biljett här då vi har begränsat antal platser.

Re-imagining the food waste problem with Rude Food
Rude Food invites you to a deeper conversation about food waste that goes beyond just tackling the waste in the very end of the production chain.
Although individual action and making use of the food that is wasted is important, we at Rude Food want to develop the food waste discussion and shift the focus from the individual consumer to the bigger production and redistribution systems that creates the waste in the first place. Come explore this idea with us and help us re-imagine better food waste actions for the future!

Rude Food is a non-profit initiative to reduce food waste in the city of Malmö.
